Vivera is a principal-led practice built on an associate model: one accountable lead and a curated bench of specialists brought in per engagement to match what a client actually needs. Every engagement has a single point of ownership, and associates join only when the work calls for their expertise. When a project requires HIPAA-adjacent data handling, a bilingual facilitator, or a Salesforce data expert, that person joins the team. When it does not, they do not. This keeps engagements focused, accountable, and cost-effective.

Melissa began her career in Barcelona’s vibrant social entrepreneurship ecosystem, where she discovered a deep passion for using technology, research, and community wisdom to drive social change. She founded Vivera to help transform organizations and help them thrive in the AI era.

Anna has built her career leading complex programs and strategic initiatives across government, international development, and nonprofit ecosystems in more than six countries. She joined Vivera because she is passionate about being part of a collective that advances and strengthens democratic values.

Evaluation Consultant
Anna started her career in India as an Evaluation Consultant, where she developed a deep understanding of the informal economy. Fascinated by how technology is shaping it, she later moved to the Netherlands to pursue a PhD in the topic. She joined Vivera as the next step in her journey to connect rigorous research with real-world organizational transformation.
